Slam Corp ( (SLAMF) ) has issued an announcement.
On July 18, 2025, Slam Corp. and Lynk Global, Inc. mutually agreed to terminate their previously announced Business Combination Agreement, initially entered into on February 3, 2025. This decision was part of a settlement to dismiss related litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, which began on June 19, 2025. As part of the settlement, Lynk will make a deferred payment to Slam within the next two years, which is significantly less than Slam’s current liabilities.
