Skylark Holdings Co., Ltd. has successfully acquired all shares of Sukesan Co., Ltd., a company specializing in Udon Noodle and Japanese Cuisine Restaurants, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The acquisition is not expected to significantly affect Skylark’s consolidated results for the current fiscal year. Haruyoshi Sakita has been appointed as the Chairman and Representative Director of the now fully owned Sukesan.
