Skyharbour Strikes Uranium Project Deal with UraEx

Skyharbour Resources (TSE:SYH) has released an update.

Skyharbour Resources Ltd. has announced an option agreement allowing UraEx Resources Inc. to potentially acquire a 100% interest in its South Dufferin and Bolt Uranium Projects in the Athabasca Basin. The deal involves payments and exploration expenditures by UraEx that could reach up to CAD $9,800,000 over five years, starting with an initial 51% interest through CAD $4,600,000 in various contributions over three years.
