SkyCity COO Sells All Shares, Exits Position

SKYCITY Entertainment Group Limited (SKYZF) has released an update.

David Darcy Christian, the former Chief Operating Officer of SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited for Australia, has completely divested his indirect ownership of ordinary shares in the company. The transactions, which took place on the market, involved the sale of 194,402 shares across two separate dates, fetching a total of approximately NZ$334,737. The current registered holder of the shares was Bond Street Custodians, though the future holder is yet unknown.
