Sky Network Television Limited has completed the necessary documentation to support its application for an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, including background checks and statutory declarations for its CFO. These checks are aimed at ensuring the good character of its relevant officers and cover residency, criminal history, and financial standing for the past 10 years. The CFO has provided all required information to the ASX as of May and July 2024.
