Sky Network Television director Philip Bowman has increased his personal holding of ordinary shares in the company through an on-market purchase. Bowman acquired 5,807 SKT shares on 18 March 2026 for a total consideration of NZ$17,998.80, lifting his stake from 800,000 to 805,807 shares.

The transaction, disclosed under New Zealand’s Financial Markets Conduct Act, reflects a modest increase in director alignment with shareholder interests.
