Balk 1798 Group Limited ( (HK:1010) ) just unveiled an update.

Sky Blue 11 Company Limited reported unaudited second interim results for the twelve months ended 31 December 2025, showing revenue of HK$31.1 million, down from HK$36.0 million a year earlier, while gross profit was broadly flat at HK$21.8 million. The group’s net loss narrowed significantly to HK$43.2 million from HK$165.1 million, helped by much lower impairment charges and reduced administrative expenses, although it still recorded finance costs of HK$16.2 million, a small loss on disposal of subsidiaries, and decided not to declare any dividend.

Despite the improvement, the company remains loss-making, with per-share loss shrinking to 9.71 Hong Kong cents from 37.45 cents in the prior period, underscoring ongoing pressure on profitability. The absence of a dividend signals a continued emphasis on preserving cash and stabilising the balance sheet, a stance that may weigh on income-focused shareholders while the group works to contain costs and recover from previous years’ heavy impairments.

The most recent analyst rating on (HK:1010) stock is a Hold with a HK$0.09 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Balk 1798 Group Limited stock, see the HK:1010 Stock Forecast page.
