Sky Blue 11 Company Limited, formerly known as Balk 1798 Group Limited, has announced the appointment of Mr. Mak Tin Sang as an independent non-executive Director effective September 20, 2024. Mr. Mak, a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various high-profile companies, has agreed to a three-year term with the possibility of re-election, carrying a yearly remuneration of HK$120,000.
