Sky Blue 11 Company Limited, previously known as Balk 1798 Group Limited, has announced a change in their corporate structure with the termination of Mr. Lam Wai Kei as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative, effective from June 4, 2024. Ms. Li Yuen Shan, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate secretarial roles for Hong Kong listed companies, has been appointed in his stead. The company has expressed gratitude to Mr. Lam for his services and welcomed Ms. Li to her new role.
