SKRR Exploration Inc. has successfully sold its Manson Bay Project in Saskatchewan to Military Metals Corp., which will see the latter change its business focus to mineral exploration and rebrand to trade under the new symbol ‘MILI’. For the sale, SKRR received 1,000,000 shares in Military Metals, which will be subject to staged resale restrictions. This strategic transaction allows SKRR to focus on its exploration endeavors in the Trans-Hudson Corridor, known for its potential in precious and base metals.
