SKRR Exploration Expands with Bishop Lake Acquisition

Skrr Exploration, Inc. (TSE:SKRR) has released an update.

SKRR Exploration Inc. has announced an agreement to acquire Citizen Mining Corp., which owns the rights to the Bishop Lake Uranium Property in Saskatchewan. The deal involves SKRR issuing 17.14 million of its common shares to Citizen’s shareholders, effectively making Citizen a wholly-owned subsidiary of SKRR. The acquisition is part of SKRR’s strategic expansion and will require Citizen to meet several cash payments and exploration expenditure commitments to maintain the property option.
