SKRR Exploration Inc. has announced a consolidation of its common shares at a ratio of one post-consolidation share for every four pre-consolidation shares, reducing the total number of shares from 19,375,371 to approximately 4,843,842. The company’s name and trading symbol will remain unchanged, and trading on a post-consolidated basis is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
