On March 4, 2026, Skillful Craftsman Education Technology announced that its subsidiary Shenzhen Qianhai Jisen Information Technology signed a 12-month AI Technology Service and Product Sales Agreement with a Chinese auto insurance service company. Under the deal, effective from February 25, 2026 to February 24, 2027, Jisen will provide its self-developed Communication Skills Learning intelligent communication assistance product and related services for a monthly pre-tax fee of RMB 100,000.
The CSL platform targets communication-intensive scenarios such as employee training, customer service, and sales script optimization, using AI to deliver expression optimization, emotion sensing and closed-loop learning. Management highlighted that this is the company’s first commercial deployment of its proprietary CSL AI product to a corporate customer, marking a key milestone in monetizing its AI communication tools and reinforcing its strategic push into enterprise-focused AI solutions.
