Skillcast Group plc has announced the appointment of James Saralis as an independent non-executive director, bringing extensive AIM market and operational experience to the role. Saralis, an accomplished Chartered Accountant, will assume his new position on July 1, 2024, and will also chair the remuneration committee. The company also recognizes the significant contributions of departing non-executive director Isabel Napper, who helped guide Skillcast through its IPO.
