Skillcast Group Plc ( (GB:SKL) ) has shared an update.
Skillcast reported a strong 2025 performance, with annualised recurring revenue up 19% to £13.8m and total revenue rising 16% to £15.3m, driven by 21% growth in subscription income and a shift away from lower-margin professional services. Profitability improved sharply as EBITDA tripled to £1.5m, gross margins expanded, free cash flow rose to £3.7m and net cash reached £12.7m, allowing a 20% increase in the full-year dividend.
Operationally, client numbers and average ARR per customer increased, churn fell and net revenue retention stayed at 101%, underpinned by strong uptake of Enhanced and Premium plans and rapid growth in non-standard plans. The group accelerated AI adoption with its Aida digital assistant, strengthened its tech stack, maintained high customer satisfaction and expects to meet EBITDA expectations in 2026 despite moderating ARR growth amid macro uncertainty, reinforcing its aim to scale as a high-margin, Rule-of-40-grade SaaS provider.
Spark’s Take on SKL Stock
According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, SKL is a Neutral.
Skillcast Group Plc’s overall stock score is driven by strong financial performance and positive corporate events. However, the high P/E ratio and overbought technical indicators suggest caution. The company’s robust cash flow and strategic initiatives in employee retention and market engagement are significant strengths, but valuation concerns and technical signals warrant careful consideration.
