Skanska has acquired a 3-hectare property on Bokserska Street in Warsaw’s Mokotów district from special purpose company Bokserska 64 for PLN 163 million, about SEK 410 million. The site, currently industrial warehouses and offices, will be transformed into a residential complex of multi-family buildings with integrated retail and service units.
The project envisions around 750 residential units and more than 1,000 square meters of ground-floor commercial space, alongside new green areas including a 650-square-meter public park. By redeveloping a prime site in one of Warsaw’s most attractive residential districts, Skanska is expanding its Polish residential portfolio and reinforcing its position in urban regeneration and mixed-use development in Central Europe.
