Skanska AB ( ($SE:SKA.B) ) just unveiled an update.
Skanska has sold its entire 50 percent stake in I-4 Mobility Partners HoldCo LLC, the concession company for the I-4 Ultimate highway project in Orlando, Florida, to its existing partner John Laing I-4 Holdco Corp. The deal, valued at approximately USD 75 million (about SEK 690 million), has closed with necessary approvals and will be booked in Skanska’s Central stream in the second quarter of 2026.
The divestment comes after Skanska led the engineering and construction of the I-4 Ultimate project, which reached substantial completion in February 2022 and previously saw repayment of Skanska’s USD 43 million subordinated debt in 2023. The award‑winning project, which rebuilt and widened 34 kilometres of interstate, has eased congestion and improved safety for more than 200,000 daily vehicles, underscoring Skanska’s capability in large-scale, sustainable transportation infrastructure as it recycles capital from mature assets into new opportunities.
The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:SKA.B) stock is a Buy with a SEK275.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Skanska AB stock, see the SE:SKA.B Stock Forecast page.
