Skanska AB ( ($SE:SKA.B) ) has shared an announcement.
Skanska has secured a 10-year lease with Telenor Sweden and Telenor Connexion for about 6,600 square meters in its Olivin office building on western Kungsholmen in Stockholm. The agreement, which will see Telenor move its Swedish headquarters there in 2028, lifts occupancy in the 23,000-square-meter building to around 87 percent and strengthens Olivin’s role as a flagship asset in a prime submarket.
Olivin, now under construction and also set to house Skanska’s own headquarters from late 2026, is designed around the “Business in Balance” concept, combining office space with conference areas, terraces, wellness facilities and extensive services on the open ground floor. The project targets LEED Platinum certification and forms part of the Lindhagen district’s roughly 90,000 square meters of new office space, reinforcing western Kungsholmen as a key business and residential hub with strong transport links.
By attracting a major telecom tenant and consolidating its own operations in the same property, Skanska enhances the building’s profile and de-risks its development pipeline. The mix of amenities, sustainability ambitions and a central restaurant and service hub is aimed at meeting demand for high-quality, wellbeing-focused workplaces, supporting Skanska’s competitive positioning in Stockholm’s premium office market.
The most recent analyst rating on ($SE:SKA.B) stock is a Buy with a SEK300.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Skanska AB stock, see the SE:SKA.B Stock Forecast page.
