Skanska AB ( ($SE:SKA.B) ) has issued an announcement.
Skanska has signed a SEK 300 million contract with Specialfastigheter to complete construction at Skogome prison in Gothenburg, Sweden, after the previous contractor went bankrupt. This project, which includes three new buildings and groundworks totaling 12,000 square meters, is expected to be completed by summer 2026, enhancing Skanska’s order bookings for the second quarter of 2025.
