Skanska AB ( ($SE:SKA.B) ) has issued an announcement.

Skanska has announced an investment of CZK 1.2 billion (approximately SEK 540M) in the third phase of the Modransky cukrovar residential project in Prague, Czech Republic. This phase will include 132 low-energy apartments and aims for a BREEAM rating of Excellent, emphasizing sustainable and low-impact living. The project will feature a large central square, relaxation zones, and art installations, with construction starting in August 2025 and completion expected in 2028.
