Skandia GreenPower AS has announced the withdrawal of a sale notice by shareholder Evendo Invest after settling its loan obligations through the sale of 4,327,253 shares. The sale was initially intended to cover debts maturing in 2024 and adjust ownership stakes in SGP. Evendo Invest, fully owned by Skandia GreenPower’s CEO Tommie Rudi, retains 57,636,285 shares post-transaction.
