Skandia Greenpower Finalizes Motkraft Acquisition

Skandia GreenPower AS (DE:0RQ) has released an update.

Skandia Greenpower AS has completed the acquisition of Motkraft Gruppen AS, expanding their customer base to nearly 60,000. The deal, consisting of two cash installments post-acquisition, was finalized later than initially estimated, impacting earnings but not cash flow. CEO Tommie Rudi assures that the acquisition will not alter customer prices or terms for two years, while touting the company’s efficient operations and expected positive cash flow from Motkraft.
