Skandia Greenpower AS is set to acquire Motkraft Gruppen AS for NOK 36.5 million, planning to maintain Motkraft as a separate brand and continue its growth strategy. Motkraft, with 28,500 subscribers, is predicted to become profitable and generate positive cash flow from the acquisition date. Skandia Greenpower aims to strengthen its financial position and expand its customer base, which will almost reach 60,000 post-acquisition.
