Skandia GreenPower CEO Sells Shares for Debt Payment

Skandia GreenPower AS (DE:0RQ) has released an update.

Tommie Rudi, CEO of Skandia GreenPower AS, has sold 327,053 of his company shares to finance debt and adjust the firm’s ownership structure. The shares, sold at an average price of NOK 1,244 each, leaves his company Evendo Invest AS with a remaining holding of 60,136,285 shares. The sell-off is part of a larger planned divestment by Evendo Invest of up to 15 million shares.
