SK Telecom Co., Ltd. announced the sale of 5,477 of its treasury shares on April 29, 2024, at a disposal price based on the market’s closing price on the day of the sale. The transaction resulted in an aggregate disposal price of 280,422,400 Won, with the independent non-executive directors being the recipients of the shares and Hana Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the investment brokerage agent. Following the disposal, SK Telecom reported that it holds 0.89% of its common shares in treasury, valued at 92,961 million Won.
