David R. Webb, President and CEO of Sixty North Gold Mining Ltd., has substantially increased his stake in the company, now controlling approximately 48.60% of the company’s shares on a partially diluted basis. The company, which is actively developing its wholly-owned Mon Gold Property near Yellowknife, has a history of gold production and is working towards processing new high-grade ore. Webb’s acquisition reflects his investment purposes and may lead to further market actions depending on various conditions.
