Sitka Gold Corp. (TSE:SIG) has released an update.
Sitka Gold Corp. is set to secure full ownership of its RC Gold Project in Yukon’s Tombstone Gold Belt, aiming to consolidate key properties into a single district-scale venture. The company has fulfilled all exploration and payment requirements, with final monetary and stock issuances pending for the RC and Bee Bop properties. This acquisition, pending TSX Venture Exchange approval, is anticipated to be finalized by May 15, 2024.
