Sitka Gold Corp. successfully completed an oversubscribed private placement, raising approximately $3.35 million through the sale of flow-through units and charity flow-through units. The proceeds are earmarked for exploration and development programs on the company’s flagship RC Gold Project in the Yukon Territory and the Coppermine River project in Nunavut, with expenditures qualifying as Canadian Exploration Expenses.
