SITE Group International Limited has announced a new securities issuance proposal, planning to issue 250 million unquoted options exercisable at $0.005 each, with an expiration date of 1st October 2027. The proposed issue date is set for 29th November 2024, which is subject to approval by the ASX and subsequent quotation on the market.
