Site Group International Limited has requested a trading halt on its shares as it prepares to announce the results of a High Court appeal related to a subsidiary’s breach of Australian Consumer Law. The trading halt is set to remain until the earlier of either the market opening on Friday, 16 August 2024, or the release of the appeal outcome. This move comes as the company faces legal challenges from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.
