Site Group International Limited has successfully raised $800,000 through a share placement to sophisticated and professional investors, with cornerstone investment from Powerhouse Ventures Limited. Additionally, the company will convert $200,000 of debt into equity and has announced a Share Purchase Plan for eligible shareholders. The funds are earmarked for expanding training services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, as well as for general working capital purposes.
