SiS Mobile Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its board of directors, including the appointments of Mr. Lim Ee Ray and Mr. Lim Yi Alex as non-executive directors, and Mr. Ma Shiu Sun Michael as an independent non-executive director. Ms. Doe Julianne Pearl has resigned to join SiS International’s board, while Ms. Chu Chung Yi has been re-designated within the Company’s committees, both effective from October 2024.
