SiS Mobile Holdings Limited has announced the updated composition of its Board of Directors and the establishment of three committees, each with specified members and chairpersons, effective from October 1, 2024. The announcement provides clarity on the governance structure of the company, as it includes both executive and non-executive directors, as well as independent non-executive directors, who will serve on the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
