SiS International Holdings Limited announced major changes to its Board of Directors, with Mr. Ray Lim and Mr. Alex Lim appointed as executive directors and Ms. Doe and Ms. Chu as independent non-executive directors, effective from 1 October 2024. The company also announced the resignation of Mr. Ma, an independent non-executive director, who will transition to a similar role at subsidiary SiS Mobile Holdings Limited. The restructure aims to diversify and expand the board’s understanding of the business.
