Sirius Real Estate (GB:SRE) has released an update.
Sirius Real Estate Limited has successfully raised £150 million through the issuance of 159,574,468 new ordinary shares, representing an 11.8% expansion in share capital. The offering was priced at a 3.5% discount to the closing share price on the previous trading day. The capital increase will support the company’s acquisition strategy and growth in Germany and the U.K., with a medium-term target of growing annual FFO to €150 million.
