Sirius Real Estate Limited has announced the grant of Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Awards and one-off Awards to its executive directors and other managerial personnel. These awards comprise nil-cost options over ordinary shares, which are set to vest based on performance conditions over the next three financial years, with a further two-year holding period upon vesting. The aim is to incentivize the company’s leadership in alignment with the interests of its shareholders.
