Sirius Real Estate (GB:SRE) has released an update.
Sirius Real Estate Limited has announced the full vesting of share awards under their Senior Share Incentive Plan as of 19 June 2024, with key management personnel exercising their awards. A total of 535,960 shares will be delivered to satisfy these awards, while an additional 475,290 shares have been withheld for tax obligations. The transactions, which took place outside of trading venues, reflect a direct, beneficial interest in the company by the participants.
