Sirius Real Estate Limited has announced that its key management personnel, including CEO Andrew Coombs and Director Andreas Schlesinger, have opted to receive shares instead of cash dividends through the company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan. Coombs now holds a 0.7777% interest with 11,758,458 shares, while Schlesinger holds a 0.0125% interest with 189,199 shares, following their respective transactions on the London Stock Exchange.
