Sirios Resources (TSE:SOI) has released an update.

Sirios Resources has successfully closed a private placement, raising $430,000 through the issuance of 8.6 million units. The funds will primarily support the advancement of the Cheechoo gold project and general corporate purposes. Insiders participated in the offering, and no finder’s fees were paid.
