Sirios Resources Inc. has announced their intention to extend the expiry date of nearly 20 million common share purchase warrants by one year, now expiring on July 29, 2025. The warrants, priced at $0.10 per share, originate from the company’s private placement in July 2022, with all terms remaining unchanged pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
