Siren Gold Ltd (AU:SNG) has released an update.
Siren Gold Ltd has reported significant drilling results at its Reefton and Sams Creek projects, with notable gold and antimony mineralisation identified. The company has also entered a definitive agreement to sell its Reefton Project to RUA Gold Inc. for A$20m, which will increase Siren’s focus on the Sams Creek Project with its substantial gold resource estimate. Siren Gold will maintain a considerable interest in the Reefton project through RUA shareholding, while holding over $20m in cash and investments post-transaction.
