Sipa Resources Limited has successfully raised $737,425 through a share placement, issuing over 56 million shares at 1.3 cents each. This marks the first part of a two-tranche plan to raise a total of $1.75 million, with the second tranche pending shareholder approval in February 2025. The funds are expected to support Sipa’s exploration projects, including prospective gold and base metal ventures in Australia.
