Sintana Energy Expands Holdings with Giraffe Acquisition

Sintana Energy (TSE:SEI) has released an update.

Sintana Energy Inc. has successfully completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Giraffe Energy Investments, expanding its portfolio with an initial investment of $2 million and an option to increase its share to 67%. Giraffe Energy holds a 33% interest in Petroleum Exploration License 79 in Namibia, a region with promising onshore and offshore exploration opportunities. This strategic move bolsters Sintana’s presence in the energy sector across Namibia and Colombia’s Magdalena Basin.
