Sintana Energy ( (TSE:SEI) ) has shared an announcement.
Sintana Energy Inc. disclosed that Charlestown Energy Partners LLC, an entity in which chief executive Robert Bose is a minority beneficial owner and managing member, sold 1,497,500 common shares between 6 and 12 March 2026 at an average price of US$0.387, generating proceeds of about US$579,532. Following these sales, Charlestown now holds 23,173,412 Sintana shares, equal to roughly 4.5% of the company’s share capital, while Bose also maintains additional direct and indirect personal holdings through several investment vehicles, clarifying the updated ownership structure for investors.
The transactions, conducted on the OTCQB and TSX-V markets, form part of a corrected disclosure replacing an earlier announcement made the same day regarding the director’s related-party share dealings. By restating the accurate volumes, proceeds and resulting stakes, Sintana aims to ensure regulatory compliance and greater transparency around management-related share sales, which may be closely monitored by shareholders assessing governance and potential alignment between leadership and investor interests.
