Sintana Energy has disclosed a director dealing involving its chief executive officer, Robert Bose, through Charlestown Energy Partners LLC, a private company in which he is a minority beneficial owner and managing member. Charlestown sold 700,000 Sintana common shares on 26 and 27 January 2026 at an average price of C$0.4507, for total proceeds of about C$314,770, and continues to hold 24,670,912 shares.
In addition to the Charlestown position, Bose directly holds 1,402,334 Sintana shares and has further interests via CP Sintana LLC and Kuromatsu LLC, underscoring his continued significant exposure to the company. The transaction, conducted on the TSX Venture Exchange, represents routine PDMR disclosure and signals some portfolio rebalancing by a major insider while leaving a substantial aligned stake in place.
