Sinotruk Hong Kong has announced a change in its immediate controlling shareholder as China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Company Limited (CNHTC) has taken direct ownership of a 51% stake in the company from Sinotruk BVI. The transaction, completed on December 24, 2024, was carried out at no cost and does not impact the company’s financial position or operations.
