Sinotruk Announces Mid-Year Dividend for Shareholders

Sinotruk Hong Kong (DE:4SK) has released an update.

Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited has announced an interim ordinary dividend of HKD 0.72 per share for the first half of the financial year ending December 31, 2024, which shareholders can opt to receive in RMB at a rate of 0.66 per share. The dividend is subject to a 10% withholding tax for non-PRC resident enterprise shareholders. Key dates include an ex-dividend date of September 4, 2024, and a payment date set for November 22, 2024.
