Sinostar PEC Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its board with the retirement of Mr. Zhao Jinqing from multiple committee roles, effective from April 24, 2024. Mr. Liu Xiaoyan is set to take over as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee, and a member of both the Nominating and Audit Committees.
