Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. has announced a proposal to appoint Confucius International CPA Limited and Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP as their new auditors for the fiscal year of 2024, following the retirement of their previous auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers. The selection was made after a careful tendering process and is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming extraordinary general meeting.
