Sinopharm Group Schedules Key EGM for Shareholders

Sinopharm Group Co (HK:1099) has released an update.

Sinopharm Group Co. Ltd. has announced an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) for shareholders on September 13, 2024, where key resolutions will include the appointment of new non-executive and executive directors and the ratification of auditors’ remuneration. Shareholders are entitled to vote if registered by September 10 and may appoint proxies. The meeting will address appointments, including Mr. Zhao Bingxiang as a non-executive director and Mr. Lian Wanyong as an executive director, and will confirm Pan-China Certified Public Accountants LLP and Confucius International CPA Limited as domestic and international auditors, respectively.
